Lazy Version Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
1.
After preparing all the ingredients, chop the pork ribs into evenly sized pieces (you can buy chopped pork ribs), then wash them and set aside to drain.
2.
After the ribs are drained, pour them into a rice cooker, then add ginger, green onions and water in sequence, then turn on a low heat (soup button) and simmer slowly.
3.
Heat the pan, add some cooking oil after the pan is hot, add some rock sugar after the oil is hot, and boil slowly until the heat is medium, turning constantly during the cooking process.
4.
Observe carefully, turn off the heat when the sugar liquid turns to brownish yellow slowly (the heat must be controlled at this time, if the color turns black, the sweet and sour pork ribs will also be bitter).
5.
After the pork ribs are cooked, they can be taken out. You can use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface, then pour it into the sugar liquid, turn on the fire, add light soy sauce, salt and vinegar, and stir fry.
6.
When all the ribs in the pot have been coated with liquid sugar and the color is clear, turn off the heat.
7.
Take out the platter and start eating immediately.
