Scallion Noodles

Cut the scallion into sections and slice the ginger.

Cut spring onion into three finger segments.

Heat an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pot.

The ginger slices are fried in golden brown.

Add the scallions and spring onions, and fry them over a medium-to-low fire.

Fry until the shallots turn yellow.

Remove the green onion and ginger. Pour the scallion oil into a container and store it.

Tips:
The noodles used in the recipe are easy-to-cook noodles, which can be boiled in one minute. Prolong the cooking time of ordinary round noodles.
