Stir-fried Cabbage

1. Spiced dried bean curd.

2. Shred.

3. Shred the cabbage.

4. Saute the minced garlic.

5. Fry the dried tofu until the surface is browned.

6. Pour the cabbage.

7. Add a little salt to stir-fry the cabbage until soft, and add a spoonful of bean paste.

8. Stir-fry well, sprinkle some water to let the bean paste soak into the dish, wait for the water to dry before serving.
