Stir-fried Cabbage Fungus with Pork Belly

1. Wash Chinese cabbage and control water.

2. Split into two longitudinally.

3. Diagonal pieces into small pieces.

4. Wash the soaked fungus.

5. Peel and slice carrots.

6. Slice the pork belly and prepare the hot pot base with green onion, ginger, garlic and butter.

7. Fill the pot with oil and heat, add pork belly slices, green onion, ginger and garlic.

8. Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, add the hot pot base, stir-fry on low heat, and fry until fragrant.

9. Add carrot slices and stir fry a few times.

10. Add the cabbage slices.
