Stir-fried Cabbage with Black Fungus

Soak the black fungus with water, wash the cabbage, green onion and garlic.

Blanch the black fungus and remove it.
3.
Slice cabbage diagonally and slice garlic.
4.
Put oil in a pot and stir fry the garlic slices on low heat, add the cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute.
5.
Add the cabbage leaves and black fungus and stir fry together. Add a little water and simmer for a while to make the cabbage gang soft until cooked.
6.
Season with salt and a little sugar, sprinkle in the green onions and stir-fry well.
