Stir-fried Cabbage with Black Fungus

Wash the black fungus with water and cut it into thick fungus. Chop some chopped green onions for later use.

Wash the cabbage and cut it into thicker shredded cabbage.

Put the cut fungus into a pot of boiling water and blanch for one minute.

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and stir to create a fragrant aroma.

Add the fungus and the cabbage and stir fry.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt and a little monosodium glutamate, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
The cabbage should not be fried for a long time to keep the taste crisp and sweet.
