Stir-fried Cabbage with Oil Residue

Remove old leaves of cabbage and clean; 2 tablespoons of lard residue, 1 cabbage, 1 spoon of lard, 3 dried red peppers, a little salt, and a little soy sauce.

Tear it into big pieces by hand; although it takes a little bit longer than cutting with a knife, the section can absorb the soup, making it more delicious to eat with the knife;

Prepare the lard, lard residue, and dried red pepper; you can put onion, ginger, and garlic as you like. In fact, the oil residue is already very fragrant;

Tips:
You can put the oil residue first and then put it; don't fry the cabbage too badly, it must have a crispy taste to be fragrant; eat this dish while it is hot, so that the lard will not solidify.
