Stir-fried Carob

Clean the required ingredients, try to choose the tender, hard and crisp beans, and drain the water.

Broken cowpea into long sections, mince green onion, ginger and garlic

Put a little more oil than usual for cooking in the pot and heat it to 50% heat, add the cowpeas and stir-fry on a medium-low heat

Stir-fry until the skin is wrinkled and the beans are well cooked

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, put the pepper, and fry it on a low fire to create a fragrance. Scoop out the peppercorns and don't use them.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrance

Add the stir-fried cowpeas and stir fry

Add appropriate amount of bean paste, pour in cooking wine, stir fry evenly

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate. The dried beans are bright and chewy.
