Stir-fried Carob

Cut the beans into sections.

Cut green onion and ginger into sections, and mince garlic.
3.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry the beans at 70% heat.

Stir-fry until the skin of the beans is browned and set aside.
5.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add green onions, ginger, and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Add the beans and continue to fry for 3 minutes.
7.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
