Stir-fried Carrots with Cabbage
1.
To prepare the ingredients, cut the cabbage in half, cut the carrot into one small section, one green pepper, and two small slices of ginger. Wash all the vegetables and set aside.
2.
Roll the cabbage into shreds, slice the carrots and then cut into shreds with a knife. Cut the green pepper in half, cut diagonally into shreds, and shred the ginger.
3.
Pour oil in the pan, add shredded carrots and stir-fry when the oil is hot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry for a while, then pour shredded green pepper and stir fry for a while.
4.
Pour the cabbage while smelling the spiciness of the green pepper, stir-fry on high heat until soft, add light soy sauce, salt, and vinegar in turn and continue to fry.
5.
After adjusting to the taste you like, pour some vinegar along the side of the pot, and then put it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The carrot shreds should be sautéed first, and then the ginger shreds and green pepper shreds are sauteed.
2. Add salt after sautéing the cabbage until it is soft, it is not easy to get water, and it is more fragrant.
3. Put the vinegar on the crispy ones, and then put the vinegar again before serving.
