Stir-fried Carrots with Corn and Green Peas

Wash and drain the broken corn kernels and green peas.

Dice carrots.

Heat up the wok, add oil, and stir-fry the diced carrots.

After the carrots are sautéed, add corn kernels and green peas.
5.
Add a small bowl of water, and fry the corn kernels and green peas until cooked.
6.
Add table salt.
7.
Top with light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly to make it delicious.
