Stir-fried Carrots with Spinach

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into shreds. Peel and chop garlic.

Wash spinach and cut into 3 cm long pieces.

Blanch the cut spinach in boiling water.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil to heat, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the carrots and stir fry for a while.
6.
Add spinach and stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
