Stir-fried Carrots with Twice-cooked Pork

Wash the pork belly with skin, put it in water and boil it for about 10 minutes after the water is boiled. Carrot slices, dried peppers and garlic sprouts cut into small sections.

Slice the boiled pork belly, stir-fry in a pot until slightly rolled, and cook with a little cooking wine.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the pepper and dried chili, fry until fragrant, add carrots, and simmer with a little water.

After the carrots are cooked, add the fried pork belly and garlic sprouts, add salt and bean paste to taste.
Tips:
When washing pork belly, the skin should be scraped clean with a knife, otherwise it will affect the taste.
