Stir-fried Cauliflower

First disassemble the cauliflower, wash it, put it in water and boil it.

Remove from the pot and drain the water.

Prepare the Sichuan pepper, dried sea pepper and ginger. If you like spicy food, you can cut the dried sea pepper into two pieces.

Pour some oil in the pot.

When the oil is hot, add the dried sea pepper, Chinese pepper and ginger.

After the dried sea pepper becomes darker, add the drained cauliflower and stir fry.

Add salt after the cauliflower is soft.

Put MSG again.

Continue to stir fry a few more times.
10.
Turn off the heat and cook!
Tips:
1. Cauliflower is easy to fry after being boiled in water.
2. When the oil is hot, fry the dried sea pepper and Chinese pepper in a frying pan over a low heat to make it more fragrant. Don't fry it.
