Stir-fried Cauliflower

Prepare ingredients: cauliflower, green peppers, garlic, green onions and Babao sauce.

Clean the cauliflower, cut the rod into small hob pieces (because it is tender so you can fry it), break the cauliflower into small pieces, cut green peppers into small pieces, slice garlic, cut green onions, and prepare dried chilies.

Pour edible oil into the pot and add Babao Sauce.

Stir-fry the eight-treasure sauce for a while, add dried chili, chopped green onion, and garlic slices, and fry until fragrant.

Add cauliflower stalks and stir fry for a while.

Add cauliflower and continue to stir fry.

Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir fry.

Add green peppers and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little water, cover the pot, and simmer for a while.

When the water is dry, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.

The delicious and delicious dried cauliflower is served on the table.
Tips:
1. I use organic cauliflower, and the stem is relatively tender, so I cut the stem into small pieces and fry them together.
2. Cauliflower is not easy to ripen. After frying, add a little water to boil it to taste and promote its maturity.
3. If you like spicy food, you can add more dried chili.
