Stir-fried Cauliflower (slightly Spicy Version)

Soak the cauliflower in light salt water for 15 minutes and then clean it with water. Use a knife to cut into small flowers.

Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add cauliflower, stir-fry on medium and small heat
4.
Stir-fry until slightly discolored
5.
Add chili sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, and stir fry to create a fragrance
6.
Stir well
7.
Add soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir well
