Stir-fried Cauliflower with Bacon

Wash the cauliflower and divide into small ones.

Add boiling water and blanch for 1 minute, then remove the cold water.

Cut the shallots into sections, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the red pepper into sections.

Thinly sliced bacon

Heat the oil in the wok, add the peppercorns and fry until fragrant. If you don't like it, you can remove it from the heat.

Add red pepper and ginger garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add bacon and stir fry until fragrant.

Add cauliflower and stir fry.

Pour the light soy sauce along the side of the pot and stir fry for a sauce aroma.

Add the shallots and it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
1. I have steamed the bacon in advance.
2. After adding cauliflower, stir fry quickly to keep it crisp and tender.
3. Add more light soy sauce, this dish basically does not need to add salt.
