Stir-fried Cauliflower with Bean and Mid-wing

Ingredients: Taiwan cauliflower, with beans (picked and washed)

Middle wings (cleaned), ginger slices

Break the cauliflower into small flowers and wash it.

Scoop out and set aside.

Place the cleaned middle fin on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Put it in the dish.

Then, put the ginger slices and add some cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate for a while.

Put the picked and washed beans into boiling water, blanch them, remove them after 2 minutes, and set aside.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the marinated middle fins and stir fry until cooked.

Then, combine the washed Taiwanese cauliflower and stir fry until it is broken.

Then, add the blanched beans and stir fry.
