Stir-fried Cauliflower with Shrimp and Green Pepper

Ingredients: green pepper, Taiwanese cauliflower, fresh shrimp (cleaned)

Break the cauliflower into small flowers and wash it.

Scoop out and set aside.

Cut the green peppers, remove the stalks, remove the seeds, and wash.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cleaned shrimps, and add some cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the washed Taiwanese cauliflower and stir fry until it is broken.

Then, stir in the cut green peppers and stir fry.

Finally, add some light soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
