Stir-fried Cauliflower with Garlic Stalk Oil and Gluten

Ingredients: Taiwan cauliflower, garlic sprouts (cleaned and cut into sections), oily gluten

Break the Taiwanese cauliflower into small flowers, wash them, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the washed Taiwanese cauliflower and oily gluten and stir fry.

Afterwards, add an appropriate amount of water and stir fry until the cauliflower is dead.

Then, add the garlic sprouts and stir fry until they are broken.
