Stir-fried Cauliflower with Celery and Dried Pork

Material: Celery, Taiwan Cauliflower

Air-dried meat (cut)

Break the cauliflower into small flowers and wash it.

Scoop out and set aside.

Remove the leaves and roots of celery, wash and remove.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut air-dried meat and stir fry.

Then, combine the washed Taiwanese cauliflower and stir fry until it is broken.

Then, stir in the cut celery and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
