Stir-fried Cauliflower with Chives and Chicken Gizzards

Ingredients: Cauliflower (washed), chicken gizzards (washed, boiled and sliced), leeks (washed and cut)

Boil the washed cauliflower in a pot of clean water until cooked and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched cauliflower and the sliced chicken gizzards, and add some light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Next, stir in the chopped leeks and stir fry.
6.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
7.
Saute and stir well, serve.
