Stir-fried Cauliflower with Cloud Ears

After washing the organic cauliflower, cut into small flowers and soak in salt water for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. Putting some star anise and cinnamon can enhance the fragrance and effectively remove the green smell in the cauliflower;
2. When stir-frying cauliflower, you can stir-fry cauliflower on medium heat. I like to stir-fry cauliflower until the cauliflower is slightly browned. This kind of taste is the most delicious;
