Stir-fried Cauliflower with Green Pepper Pork Slices

Prepared cauliflower, green pepper and pork.

Wash the cauliflower and break the florets, soak them in salt water, remove them, slice the green peppers, and slice the pork.

Add salt, pepper, starch and cooking wine to the pork slices, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Boil the cauliflower for 8 minutes with the water in the pot and remove it.

Stir-fry the pork slices at 50% oil temperature and add light soy sauce.

Pour in cauliflower and green pepper.

Add a pinch of salt and water.

Finally, sprinkle in chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.
