Stir-fried Cauliflower with Soy Sauce

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small pieces for later use.

Soybean paste and garlic are set aside.

Heat up a frying pan, add minced garlic and sauté.

Then add cauliflower, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a while,

Add soy sauce.
