Stir-fried Cauliflower with Tempeh Bacon

1. Wash the bacon first and steam it in a pressure cooker for ten minutes;

2. Broken the cauliflower into small flowers, wash and blanch them in boiling water with salt and a few drops of oil;

3. Heat a pan, add a little oil, add sliced bacon and stir fry;

4. Stir-fry the fat, add garlic cubes, tempeh and red pepper, and continue to stir-fry;

5. Stir-fry until it is fragrant, add blanched cauliflower and stir fry;

6. Add some steamed fish soy sauce during the stir-frying process;

7. Then add the green pepper section and stir fry until the green pepper section becomes slightly soft;

8. Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.

Tips:

1. The bacon has been marinated and air-dried, and the surface is gray. Be sure to wash it with warm water before steaming it;
2. I chose ordinary cauliflower, which is not easy to cook, so blanch and cook in advance; if you use organic cauliflower, it is easier to cook, so you don’t need to blanch it;
3. It is best to choose fat and thin bacon, add a little oil, and stir-fry the fat first, so that it will be more fragrant;
4. Because bacon contains a lot of salt, don't add additional salt, just add some steamed fish soy sauce in the middle to adjust the saltiness.
