Stir-fried Cauliflower with Tenderloin and Egg Dried

1. Ingredients: dried eggs, cauliflower (broken into small flowers and washed), tenderloin (washed and sliced), minced garlic (smashed).

2. Unpack the dried eggs, place them on the chopping board and cut them up, set aside.

3. Add the right amount of cooking wine to the tenderloin.

4. Add the right amount of soy sauce.

5. Add the right amount of salt.

6. Add the right amount of starch.

7. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

8. Boil the cauliflower in a pot of clear water, blanch until cooked and tender.

9. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the garlic sauce in the saucepan.

10. Next, add the tenderloin and stir fry.

11. Then, put in the blanched cauliflower and stir-fry the chopped ones.
