Stir-fried Cauliflower with Tomatoes

Prepare the required main ingredients.

Organic cauliflower break the small flowers, add a little salt and soak in water for 5 minutes.

Blanch the washed cauliflower in water.

Wash the blanched cauliflower and set aside.
5.
Wash the tomatoes and slice them for later use.

Put edible oil in the pot and stir-fry tomatoes with the oil at high temperature. When the tomatoes are soft, add appropriate amount of water, turn on medium and low heat, and cook until the soup thickens.

Add cauliflower and stir fry together.

Add salt and soft sugar.
9.
Wait until the soup is about to dry.
Tips:
Add a little salt when cauliflower is blanched.
