Stir-fried Celery with Bacon

Wash celery, tear off the old tendons, and cut diagonally into diamond shapes for later use;

Wash one tomato and cut into appropriate size pieces for later use;

Boil water in a pot, add oil and salt, blanch the celery in the pot and drain it in cold water;

Put a little oil in the pan, and fry the cut bacon on both sides;

Then add garlic and sauté

Pour celery and stir fry evenly;

Add the tomato cubes and stir well, add a little salt to taste, and a little sugar to make it fresh!
Tips:
Celery can also be stir-fried without blanching it. I originally wanted to eat it with mixing, but when I changed my mind, it became stir-fried;
You don’t need to leave the tomatoes, or you can cut them raw and put them on the side for decoration. I personally like to eat them half-rare, ha!
