Metro’s bacon is on sale, haha, I bought a big bag back, and quickly consume it! Bacon has a different flavor, no matter how it is made, it is very delicious! This time together with the fresh and fragrant celery, it also has a special flavor! "

Stir-fried Celery with Bacon

1. Wash celery, tear off the old tendons, and cut diagonally into diamond shapes for later use;

2. Wash one tomato and cut into appropriate size pieces for later use;

3. Boil water in a pot, add oil and salt, blanch the celery in the pot and drain it in cold water;

4. Put a little oil in the pan, and fry the cut bacon on both sides;

5. Then add garlic and sauté

6. Pour celery and stir fry evenly;

7. Add the tomato cubes and stir well, add a little salt to taste, and a little sugar to make it fresh!

Tips:

Celery can also be stir-fried without blanching it. I originally wanted to eat it with mixing, but when I changed my mind, it became stir-fried;

You don’t need to leave the tomatoes, or you can cut them raw and put them on the side for decoration. I personally like to eat them half-rare, ha!
