The char siu pork was grilled a few days ago, and it tastes good when fried with celery.

Stir-fried Celery with Barbecued Pork

1. Wash the tenderloin, dry, and cut into thick slices.

2. Prepare barbecued pork sauce, green onion and ginger.

3. Put the tenderloin in a basin, add char siu sauce, soy sauce is very delicious.

4. Add the very fresh soy sauce.

5. Add the cooking wine and marinate for 7 hours, then put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

6. Take a piece of grilled meat and cut it into strips.

7. Pick celery, wash and cut into sections.

8. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the meat strips and stir fry.

9. Add celery and stir fry.

10. Add some very fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

11. Stir-fry until the celery is dead, add some salt and mix thoroughly.

Tips:

The barbecued pork is cooked originally, and the celery should be fried until it is broken.
