I bought a celery, half for juicing and half for frying. The carrots are left over from the sushi rolls. The conch meat was previously bought and kept in the refrigerator. The three are just right for one dish.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Celery with Conch Meat

1. Thaw the conch meat.

2. Carrot slices.

3. Cut celery into sections.

4. The garlic is smashed.

5. After thawing the conch meat, remove the sand.

6. Heat the pot with vegetable oil.

7. Saute the garlic until fragrant.

8. Pour the conch meat, carrots, and celery in turn.

9. Stir fry over high heat until the carrots and celery are soft.

10. Add fuel consumption.

11. soy sauce.

12. Stir fry evenly.

13. Out of the pot.

Tips:

The snail meat must remember to go to the sand.
Soy sauce is used here instead of salt.
