I usually like to eat barbecue, but the barbecue that is sold outside is neither hygienic nor healthy. In fact, you can cook it yourself at home. It uses real ingredients. You can skewer whatever you like, as long as there is grilling. The machine is just fine. The frying and roasting machine is actually an electric baking pan. The firepower I use can adjust the firepower.

1. Wash the Arctic shrimp, cut the conch meat in half, and cut the pen tube fish into sections.

5. The grilling machine turns on the bottom plate to heat up, select the fifth gear, pour a little oil, and fry the seafood skewers.

6. After turning it over, brush with barbecue sauce and reduce the firepower to third gear.

7. After it's cooked, you can sprinkle more cumin.

Tips:

1. Do not put salt in the barbecue sauce, the soy sauce is quite salty. You can taste it, if it feels salty, add water to dilute it.
2. At the beginning, the firepower should be higher, and the sauce should be lowered after the sauce is applied, otherwise it will be easy to paste.
