Stir-fried Celery with Double Ears

Wash the celery and cut into sections with a knife.

Soaked white fungus and fungus (I haven't used up all the fungus fried in this dish).

Put water in a pot to boil, add some salt and blanch the celery for about ten seconds, and remove the cold water.

Blanch the fungus and white fungus with celery water.
5.
It is also a blanched dish.

Chop green onion and ginger, peel and slice carrots.

Fill the pot with oil and heat, add green onion, ginger, carrot and stir fry.

Add the fungus and white fungus and stir fry for a while. There may be splashes when frying the fungus. Be careful not to splash on your face.
9.
Add the celery and fry a few times quickly.
10.
Add oyster sauce and stir well.
11.
Season with salt.
12.
Stir evenly out of the pot.
