Stir-fried Celery with Eel

Prepare ingredients and vegetables, clean and shred for later use.

Shred the eel, rinse with clean water, soak for 15 to 20 minutes, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and saute.

Add the eel and stir fry.

Pour in the cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water. Cover and simmer for a while.

Add celery and stir fry.
8.
Season with salt.

Add chicken essence to taste.

TIPS:
1 The eel is soaked in water in advance, the soaked eel has a soft texture and is easy to be cooked.
2 Add celery after the eel is cooked. Adding celery too early will easily cause the celery to become yellowish in color.
3 The eel can usually be cut and stored in the refrigerator. The shelf life is one year. Take it out before cooking.
