Stir-fried Celery with Hericium

Soak the Hericium erinaceus in cold water and change the water in due course

Soaked Hericium edodes and cut into slices

Put the Hericium erinaceus into the boiling pot, blanch the water, remove and drain the water

Pick and wash celery

Celery cut into slices

Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir-fry the celery

Stir-fry hericium edodes

Stir fry until the celery is slightly collapsed, add salt and fry
9.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, add red pepper shreds, stir-fry evenly and serve
Tips:
1. When soaking Hericium erinaceus, change the water in due course.
2. Boil the hericium erinaceus for a few minutes while blanching the water, then remove it.
3. This dish has the delicate fragrance of celery and the fresh fragrance of Hericium erinaceus. It is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
4. This dish is refreshing and it is not advisable to add condiments with heavy color and taste.
