Stir-fried Celery with Mushrooms and Shredded Mustard

Ingredients: celery (cleaned and cut), Xiuzhen mushroom (cleaned), shredded mustard tuber.

Put the chopped celery and the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms in a pot of water, blanch for 1 minute, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched celery, Xiuzhen mushroom and shredded mustard tuber and stir fry.

Next, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
