Stir-fried Celery with Sliced Pork
1.
Slice the meat and prepare some minced garlic.
2.
Wash celery and cut into sections (PS: I don't like washing celery, too much sand is too hard to wash, and I can't distinguish parsley or celery).
3.
Heat up the pan with oil, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add the pork slices, stir fry a few times, add the celery, stir fry over high heat for a minute and add some hot water. Stir-fry for another minute, add salt to taste and serve.
Tips:
I don't know how to distinguish parsley from celery, and I always get dirty. So every time it was my grandfather who bought and washed them.
