Stir-fried Celery with Spiced Tea

Wash celery and cut into sections, slice dried spiced tea, soak the dried shrimp in warm water, and wash.

Heat the oil, put down the ginger, and stir-fry the shrimp.

Put some cooking wine to get rid of fishy, add celery and stir fry.

When the celery turns color, put down the tea and stir-fry.

Add some salt, sugar, chicken essence and stir well.
Tips:
1. If it is too dry, you can stir-fry with a little water.
2. Dried spiced tea has a salty taste, so the amount of salt should be appropriate.
