Stir-fried Chashu Mushroom with Bacon

Soak dried tea tree mushrooms in moderate warm water for 20 minutes

Thin and fat bacon slices for later use

Wash the brewed tea tree mushrooms and cut into inch pieces

Stir the bacon in the pot to get the oil, add a few peppers and dried chilies. Stir fry slightly.

Pour in the tea tree mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, sprinkle in a little water and cook for a while, sprinkle in the green garlic when the juice is dry.
