Stir-fried Chestnuts with Sugar
1.
This is a chestnut picked by yourself. The shell will split when it matures, but there are a lot of thorns.
2.
Peel them out one by one and wash them, and cut the strips with scissors on the bulging back (be sure to cut the shell, otherwise it will explode in the microwave)
3.
Put it in the microwave and put it on high heat for 2 minutes
4.
After 2 minutes, take it out and put it in a bowl, pour in corn oil and soft sugar, mix well with chopsticks or spoon
5.
Place it on a plate and place it in the microwave oven again. High heat for 2 to 3 minutes. After a little heat dissipation, you can enjoy it. It is very fragrant and sweet!
Tips:
1. The chestnut has a longer opening, which makes it easier to peel when eating;
2. It is best to choose chestnuts of uniform size, so that the maturity is the same;
3. The time to enter the microwave oven depends on the size and number of chestnuts;
4. Chestnuts are delicious only when they are hot, but they will be very hot when they are just out of the oven, so they should be eaten until they are not hot.
