Ingredients

Stir-fried Chestnuts with Sugar

1. Wash chestnuts

2. Use scissors or a knife to cut the chestnut skin

3. Make a small cut on all the chestnuts

4. Put the cut chestnuts into the microwave lunch box

5. Put it in the microwave and heat it on medium-high heat for 5 minutes

6. Take the chestnuts out of the microwave, add appropriate amount of sugar and corn oil

7. Stir well, put it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes

8. Then pour the chestnuts into the wok and stir fry

9. The moisture disappears, the chestnuts crackle and burst open, turn off the heat and get out of the pot

10. The finished product, chestnut flesh is yellow and sweet, tastes sweet and delicious
