Stir-fried Chicken Breast with Mushrooms and Pickles

Chopped pickles for later use, I personally like to chop some. I use pickles made with cabbage, which feels better than ordinary pickles!

Mushrooms, sliced and soaked in salt water for a while, it is said that this can remove the potion on the mushrooms.
