Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Capers

After the chicken gizzards are washed, cut into small pieces and marinate with salt and white wine.

Dice green and red peppers, chop ginger and garlic, and cut capers into small pieces.

Boil the water in a pan, pour in the oil and cook until it smokes, add the chicken gizzards and stir-fry until the color changes.

Pour in garlic and ginger, stir fragrant, cook a little soy sauce and white wine to taste.

Tips:
Quick way to make capers: Many capers are marinated with chemical materials, which is not safe. For your own food, try dicing fresh beans, soak them in white vinegar water with salt, and soak them for four hours to turn them into capers.
