1. Prepare materials.
2. Finely chop chicken gizzards.
3. Finely chop capers.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped pickled peppers and pickled ginger and stir fry.
5. Pour the chicken gizzards.
6. Stir-fry until the color changes and add light soy sauce.
7. Pour the capers and continue to fry for 2 minutes until the aroma is released.
8. Add chopped garlic, pour a spoonful of chili oil, and stir-fry evenly.
Remember to prepare two more bowls of rice and two steamed buns :)
