Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Celery

Cut celery into small pieces and cut chicken gizzards with a knife.

Use boiling water for celery and chicken gizzards and blanch them.

I don't like to eat oil, so I put very little boiling water in the pot, and add the gizzards when the water is boiling.

Add salt and black pepper.
