Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Green and Red Peppers

Ingredients: chicken gizzards (washed and cooked), green and red peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, washed and cut).

Place the blanched chicken gizzards on the cutting board and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the sliced chicken gizzards, and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, stir-fry the green and red peppers until the green and red peppers are dead.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of oyster sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
