Stir-fried Chicken Nuggets with Bell Peppers

Wash the chicken after slaughter, and cut off the head, claws and internal organs. Cut the remaining pieces of meat 4-5 cm in size. Bleeding water after washing, control dry water.

Wash the colored peppers and cut into pieces for later use. Shred the onion.

Slice ginger and pat loose garlic.

Put cinnamon and aniseed in a pan with cold oil over a low heat to make it fragrant. Add ginger, garlic, dried chili, pepper, red 99 hot pot seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry until the chicken is tense. Add water to the chicken, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the green peppers and onions, stir fry to collect the juice.
