Stir-fried Chicken Wings with Celery

Remove the ribs of celery and cut it for later use. Cut the ginger, garlic, and dried onion, wash the chicken wings, cut and drain.

Mix the seasonings with the chicken wings and marinate for 30 minutes.

Boil boiling water, add salt, and put the celery in water for 2 minutes.

Pick it up and rinse with cold water for 30 seconds.

Heat the wok, add oil and sauté ginger, garlic, and dried shallots.

Fry the chicken wings fragrant on both sides, add a little hot water, and cover for 1 minute.
7.
Add the celery and mix well, then serve. If there is too much juice, add cornstarch water.
Tips:
After the celery is mixed with cold water, it keeps the green and refreshing.
