Stir-fried Chicken with Green Peppers and Onions

Cut green pepper into strips, shred onion, slice chicken, slice garlic, and shred ginger.

Chicken marinated. (Can be marinated according to personal taste)

Heat oil, add garlic and ginger until fragrant, add chicken, stir fry and serve.

Stir-fry green peppers and onions with the remaining oil of the fried chicken. Put salt.
5.
After frying for about 2 minutes, fry the chicken before putting it.
6.
Finally, put the soy sauce, (if you like the soup, you can add some water) out of the pot.
