Stir-fried Chicken with Sauce

Prepare the materials.

Remove the albuginea from the chicken breast, cut into small cubes, pour the cooking wine and starch and stir well.

Cut the cucumber into cubes of the same size and slice the garlic.

Pour the sweet noodle sauce, dry yellow sauce, sugar, and water into a bowl and stir to form a sauce.

Tips:
1. Remove a white fascia from the inside of the chicken breast to avoid affecting the taste.
2. As long as the bowl of sauce is adjusted for this dish, frying this dish is basically 100% successful.
3. Drizzle a little sesame oil before serving, which can add icing on the cake.
